The actress, manufacturer, director, singer, and fact personality posted her debut children’s book, Brooklyn Bound: Paris, on Sunday, November three. In reaction, the lovers sold out the entire first printing of the book on Amazon in much less than hours.
For Kenya Moore, who co-wrote the e-book together with her 6-year-antique daughter Brooklyn Daly, whom she stocks with her ex-husband Marc Daly, it is a thrilling milestone that is very significant.
The book, which Moore believes will be the first in a series, follows Brooklyn, age 4, as she shows readers her favorite places in Paris while on a birthday vacation to the City of Lights. Since the celebrations for her daughter’s first birthday, Kenya has been doing that with Brooklyn on a regular basis.

Kenya Moore claims that Brooklyn has “really embraced” the experiences and that she is already able to observe how they have shaped her personality. “She’s a very curious, very respectful little girl,” Moore states. “She’s not afraid to try new things, and you can see when she learns something, she really internalizes and appreciates other people’s differences.”
Kenya Moore is hopeful that the series will be adapted into an animated series. “I haven’t really seen an animated series following a Black girl around her age with a single mom,” says Moore. “So this gives me hope that maybe there’s an opportunity there, especially with the travel element.”
