At a star-studded luncheon to kick off the countdown to Christmas in London, Sophie revealed a little-known fact about the Princess of Wales’s carol service. Guests included Ord and Lady Frederick Windsor.
Sophie, 44, and her husband, Lord Frederick, 45, are among the royal relatives who will perform at Kate’s yearly concert, which will take place at Westminster Abbey in London on December 6.

Attending her remarks at the Fayre of St. James’s Christmas charity event on Tuesday, Lady Frederick Windsor, the Sanditon star also shared what she was most looking forward to attending Kate’s carol service. She also mentioned having a family gathering after the event.
Sophie, who looked stunning in a tartan coat by Catherine Walker for the event, also shared her Christmas wish list for this year.
Alongside Richard E. Grant and Gemma Arterton, Lord and Lady Frederick Windsor took in an evening of readings, carols, and plays at St. James’s Church.

The Quintessentially Foundation and its project, The Firefly Project, benefit from the concert’s proceeds. Children and young people in London are the project’s main focus as they fight the effects of poverty and disadvantage.
In 2009, Sophie wed Lord Frederick, a financier and the son of Prince and Princess Michael of Kent.
