We’re praying for her, but parents, please stop shielding your kids from the risks of the outside world. Talk to them early on and let them know that not everyone they meet is trustworthy or safe. “Protect your kids without hiding danger,” a social media user wrote.

A family member posted that Mylie was located on Friday, November 1st.

“This is an update from Mylie’s mother: Mylie has been located and is now with her parents,” stated Ashley Hawthorne. We are so grateful to everyone who shared this post, called and texted us with advise, and for the community’s incredible outpouring.
