Ronan Farrow – the son of American actress Mia Farrow and disgraced director Woody Allen – requested Pod Save America co-host Jon Lovett to marry him in his new e-book Catch and Kill, launched on Tuesday.
Meeting With Ronan Farrow Husband, Lovett
Shortly after Lovett, 37, quit his position as a copywriter for former US President Barack Obama, the two met in 2011. Farrow claims that his ability to overcome the monster that was Weinstein was made possible by Lovett’s unwavering support during that time.
The bombshell tome details the roadblocks Farrow faced when he tried to investigate the claims against Weinstein. The movie mogul even went to Farrow’s father, Allen, to try and get him to stop his son from writing the explosive expose.
Ronan Farrow’s Early Life
Farrow become the biological infant of Woody Allen, a director, and actress Mia Farrow. He graduated from Bard College with a bachelor’s diploma in philosophy on the age of 15. The subsequent year, he enrolled at Yale Law School, wherein he graduated in 2009. He acquired a Rhodes scholarship in 2012 and graduated from Magdalen College with a Ph.D. In political technology from the University of Oxford in 2018.
Farrow does not speak to his father who he believes molested his sister Dylan as a child, an accusation Allen denies.
According to Farrows’ e book, NBC management tried to prevent him from covering the Weinstein problem. Chris Hayes, the presenter of MSNBC, publicly supported Farrow’s e book on Monday, defying his own community.
